About the Role
As the Change Manager you will be involved in managing the transformation initiatives for the organisation working in partnership with key internal stakeholders through communication and engagement, systems and processes within the organisation. You will work closely with the senior leadership teams to identify and manage the people related impacts and ensuring that the change is effectively deployed.
- Apply a structured people-centred methodology to manage change management activities.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Identify key stakeholders and build stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Manage the internal communication program for the project and information dissemination, including design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change implementation process.
To ensure your success you will have proven experience in successfully managing transformation change programs for a customer-facing organisation. You have the ability to translate strategy into action plans and the ability to provide recommendations to senior management. You will have had ownership for an end to end Change project previously and have a full understanding of project and change management standards using various methodologies. A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methods and tools
- Ability to develop a big picture understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management methods, tools and phases of a project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organisational change projects and programs
- Holds a recognised change management certification, or equivalent experience
