We are looking for a Senior Data Quality & CRM Analyst for one of our financial services clients in Sydney CBD.
You will be people and business focussed and technical skills can be learnt on the job.
As this role is for a senior analyst, the hiring manager is looking for someone who can work independently and lead/drive change within the organisation.
In this role, you will work with business users to promote the use of the Salesforce CRM and improve and maintain data quality and integrity. This will be achieved through training and going through best practice with users, as well as listening to users to implement new processes and changes to benefit them.
Technical team members will work in the background on implementing new changes to the CRM platform. In this role, you must be able to empathise with users and be creative in working with them to make the CRM more user friendly.
You must be able to influence and be inquisitive. This role requires somebody that will ask questions to gain a thorough understanding of how the users and customers will best benefit from using the CRM in place.
Although the CRM is Salesforce, the hiring manager does not need somebody with Salesforce experience. An understanding of the CRM will be useful, but it is more important to have strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, change management and people skills. You will be given training to work on technical aspects as and when required.
This role has come about due to an internal promotion and you will work in a team of 4 analysts. There is lots of work to be done and there is opportunity for career progression and promotion.
The hiring manager needs a strong communicator that is confident in their own ability and proactive. You do not need to have a financial services background, personal attributes, empathy and creativity are more relevant.
This team wants to produce a BI server for the business, but there is a lot of work to be done before then around maintaining data quality and integrity on the Salesforce CRM system.
There is a relaxed team culture and you will be given the freedom and flexibility to manage your own time and work autonomously to deliver results in an expected timeframe.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Understanding of Data and CRM Systems
- Useful to have Salesforce understanding
- Willing to pick up technical skills in data modelling, reports and dashboards development
- Able to talk to users and act on insights
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
