Your new company
This prestigious banking organisation is actively seeking a Change Manager to join the team
Your new role
An experienced and passionate Change Manager is required to join the Human Resources Divison to work across the the breadth of our business to assist in the global delivery of change initiatives. The main focus of this role will be Change Delivery - focused on transformational change, including system, process and cultural change.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the end-to-end change management approach, including stakeholder analysis, business impact assessments, and change delivery plans. You will need to develop and communicate compelling key messages across a matrix stakeholder environment to ensure there is successful adoption of change. You will plan and implement knowledge transfer activities, training facilitation and developing change business readiness plans.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a dynamic role where you are supporting the Head of Change, so you will have experience leading change within a complex, fast-paced and global work environment. You will be able to demonstrate a background in managing multiple stakeholders and driving quality outcomes.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Proven hands-on change delivery experience using best practice change management methodologies and tools
- Possess superior interpersonal communication and delivery skills enabling you to influence and establish credibility with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing good working relationships with colleagues at all levels. This is a team based role, so you will have the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and across large complex environments, whilst prioritising your work under pressure and managing expectations.
