Job Description

Your New Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Service Desk Analysts who are ready to their next career move. Working with one of our Federal Government clients, this is an exciting opportunity to own your role and take service calls to resolution. You'll work within a supportive team but will have the automomy to make the role your own. This team will broaden your skill set as we are looking for like minded people that can and are interested in learning new technologies/skills to expand on their current skills.

We will be able to sponsor a clearance upgrade to TSPV, so if you already hold an NV1 or NV2 clearance and willing to undergo the process to obtain a PV, this role can unlock opportunities in a niche market.  You may be in a Service Desk Analyst role  – T1 or T2 and are looking to expand your knowledge to work towards a Systems Administrator role then this would be the right role for you. We are willing to support growth and training for customer orientated people.

The role is to support the delivery of services and ensure the SLA’s are met and exceeded. Problem solving/Trouble shooting and Action to requests will all add up to the success of this role

  • Good level of understanding service delivery management and ITIL processes

  • Good level of attention to detail -self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer Service

A current security clearance of NV-1 minumum, along with a willingness to undertake the process to obtain a TSPV clearance is required.
