This well-known Melbourne institution is currently transitioning from Google to Microsoft Office 365 as part of their Digital Technology 2020 Strategy and has a need for an Organisational Change Manager to lead the change management team on behalf of the Office 365 project

 Key Accountabilities

• Apply a structured methodology and lead portfolio change management activities
• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders to manage change
• Integrate change management activities into project plan

Skills and experience

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Prior experience with large scale projects and program delivery 
• Ability to work through complex business and client challenges and collaborate in developing and implementing solutions
• Experience with Office 365 migration  highly regarded
• Previous experience working in a higher education environment highly regarded
