AC3 are seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Analyst for a 6 month initial contract. 

Working within the Healthcare sector you will be responsible for the management and the quality of the Service Transitions program reporting and governance and the production of executive reporting. 

The main purpose for this role is to ensure the overall consistency, completeness and integrity of transition reporting. 

Role Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Manage and monitor the capturing, consolidation, reporting and analysing of transition and transforming program and project data to support effective decision making
• Manage the preparation of executive level reporting, providing key insights on a monthly basis as part of this process 
• Ensure financial reporting across the program complies with program and departments financial requirements 
• Arrange and manage or perform and manage health checks, stage gate reviews and quality reviews, ensuring compliance with program and project management standards 

Selection Criteria: 

• Demonstrated experience in the development and provision of PMO services and supporting ICT Program and Projects, including governance frameworks and compliance, analysis and reporting across all issues project reporting dimensions.
• Previous ICT Project Management experience 
• Previous experience running a PMO is a must 
• Experience with SharePoint is desirable
• Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret highly complex information from numerous sources 
• Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment
