We are currently seeking a talented IT Administrator to join the team at TTEC Digital based in our Sydney CBD office.
What you will be responsible for
- Provide IT Helpdesk services for the APAC team (Level 1-2)
- Installation and maintenance of all client computers, phones and tablets
- Installation and troubleshooting of APAC network printers
- Monitoring of backup systems for end user computers and servers
- Maintenance and monitoring of the anti-virus systems, database, email and file servers, firewalls and phone systems
- Hardware and software inventory and asset management
- Maintenance and setup of A/V equipment – Video cameras and training rooms
Ideally you will have
- Exceptional client service skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to learn new products and systems quickly
- Ability to work without supervision and prioritise workload
- Experience in any of the following: Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Windows Terminal Services
- Sound knowledge of basic hardware diagnosis and repair of Windows-based PCs
- Knowledge of WatchGuard firewalls and VPNs desirable
- MCSE preferred but not essential
