A large technology company is looking for an iteration manager / Scrum Master to join a brand new team working on a wide-ranging digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in a well-known brand and an innovative business unit.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrable experience working in large or complex agile environments as an Iteration Manager or a Scrum Master who is well versed in project delivery and critical aspects of the iteration manager role.
 
The Iteration Manager is an inward facing organiser and facilitator who will work across the project and collaborates with the rest of the project team. This individual will be responsible for facilitating team activities, developing and tracking metrics, and reporting all project activities for a delivery team. Encouraging groups to adhere to Agile values and team norms will be a crucial component of this position. 
 
As Iteration Manager, you will work alongside the engineering teams and support all the collaborative activities:
Standups, Kickoff's, Retros, Showcases, Sprint Planning and all the rest.
 
Your expertise will be in having broad experience in driving teams and living and breath the project beyond the rituals.
 
About You

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Iteration Manager / Agile Coach / Scrum Master focusing on lean-agile principles
• Work alongside the Project Manager and project team throughout iterations and complete project delivery
• Ensure the team is working harmoniously by advocating transparency and promoting collaboration
• Organise and facilitate the daily scrum and critical rituals while supporting, coaching and shielding
• Experience working in a client facing environment leading agile project teams at the client site
