A global manufacturing company are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst who is capable of providing and maintaining high-quality desktop support and systems administration to the Asia Pacific Region.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 incident problem and resolution
  • Maintain and support all relevant servers, computers and networks
  • Maintain processes and procedures in line with ITIL practices
  • Network device administration
  • System, security and Active directory administration
  • Storage management and backups
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in a Service Desk or Desktop Support Role
  • Experience in imaging PCs, setting up and troubleshooting hardware issues
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies – Servers, Exchange, O365, Lync, Skype for business
  • Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Service Desk ticketing system (understanding of SLA’s and KPI’s)
  • Network and system administration
  • Network troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • A team player
  • Experience with ITIL processes and procedures
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Group Policy, SCCM
  • Certifications in Microsoft or in ITIL v3 Foundation (desirable)
