SAP SRM / HR Consultant

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced "SAP SRM / HR Consultant "for the big interfacing program.

Key Skills /  Experience Required:

• 8 years + experience in HR  organisation structure integration with SRM.
• 8 years +  functional and technical expertise in SRM, ECC Enhancement packs, Material management, Procure to pay. 
• Functional and technical expertise in complex workflow approval determination.
• Experience of working with large organisation structure environments.
• Experience in testing third party interface integration.
• Experience in developing and maintaining SAP Functional and technical specification.
• Specialist technical and functional knowledge of  ECC HR Organisation structure, concurrent employment, HR organisation structure integration.
• Experience working with SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 Enhancement pack..
• Worked as consultant on a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP implementations including all phases of a project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration / development of SAP Procurement  functionalities, training, migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Must have excellent documentation skill's to define the functional requirements through functional specs or CR's (change requirements).
• Must have good working knowledge of the SAP PI system and IDOC's processing.
• Must have experience working with interfaces (monitoring) between SAP and Non SAP systems.
