Our client is a leading multi national consulting company who is experiencing enormous growth in their NSW Oracle practice with a specialisation in the Business Intelligence space.

As a result of that growth, our client is seeking an Oracle BI Practice Manager for NSW. This is a permanent role based in the Sydney CBD.

This role is to manage one of the largest Oracle BI Practices in Australia with consultants engaged with top tier ASX listed organisations and large scale bodies of transformation work.

To be eligible for the role you will have a background including:

Minimum 8 years of Oracle BI and / or EPM experience
Minimum 5 years of project management and people leadership experience
Extensive Australian Consulting experience ideally with a Tier One firm
Demonstrated ability to achieve practice level performance metrics
Demonstrated people leadership and management capability
Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for the overall practice performance
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable presentation and stakeholder management skills

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate capability, beyond the above points, which will separate them from the rest of the market. These achievements may include, but are not limited to, keynote speaking engagements, industry or employment awards, published whitepapers, user group involvement, continuing education, philanthropic ventures and more.
