About the role
This role is a dynamic one including all facets of IT Support. The applicant should possess great customer service skills for assisting clients onsite and over the phone during remote support sessions. You will be part of a team that assists managed service and ad-hoc support clients in remediation of issues involving all operating systems including Mac OS, all versions of MS Windows and Server OS's.
