Our Client, a household name in the health industry, has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to come on board for an initial 3-month contract with high possibility of further extension.

• Melbourne CBD Location
• Immediate start

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Mapping the Business Requirements for a new Case Management system for Frontline use across a number of projects.
• Mapping the technical requirements behind the orthodontic tool for frontline to understand coverage for Orthodontic extras.
• Gather requirements and elicitation workshops
• Document requirements (Functional and Non-Functional)
• Provide gap Analysis Create and manage RTM Manage & assess Impacts of changes to the requirement
• Validate solution that meets the business need
• Provide Development Support and Testing Support to determine an appropriate response to Identified Defects Process/training support Implementation support
