We have an opportunity for a passionate finance leader to work with the largest Oracle EPM team in Australia and one of the largest globally. As the EPM Practice Manager for NSW, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the team and continuing the growth of the Oracle Cloud EPM / Hyperion practice. You will be a senior finance executive comfortable engaging with senior leaders and finance teams across our broad customer base and working in conjunction with our sales and marketing teams to grow our customer footprint.
The Role:
• Provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration for the NSW Cloud EPM team
• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects in your region
• Responsible for expanding the practice
• Part of the Analytics Practice Leadership Team expected to input into the team to
drive improvements across the country and internationally
• Able to take a key lead role in a customer sales process working with the
presales, sales and management teams to define and architect winning solutions
• Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their
needs and ensure satisfaction
• Work with the broader DXC team to integrate and extend the reach of our EPM
solutions into other areas of the business
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Oracle team and work with the
management to team to extend and improve that relationship locally and nationally
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong financial background with experience of core finance process such as
budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, management reporting
• Clear capability and experience in growing a specialised consulting practice
• Experience managing, nurturing, and building a successful consultancy team
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for a critical area of the DXC
Red Rock business
• Passionate about helping customers on the digital finance transformation journey
• Proven track record of success working on business development initiatives
• Tertiary educated in a Finance discipline
• Some travel may be required
