Multiple Sclerosis Limited, commonly known as MSL, is the preeminent source of information, advice and services for people living with multiple sclerosis. We are looking for three Systems Administrators who will be customising and enhancing our Salesforce environment with attention on Data Analysis and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

These are technical roles so looking for candidates with strong hands-on Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud hands on experience.

The ideal candidates will have:

• Two or more years administering Salesforce CRM.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Proven experience customising or building solutions in Salesforce.
• Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (Data Loader, Demand Tools).
• The ability to manage and prioritise workload within a fast-paced work environment.
• Proven Reporting and Analytics skills working within Salesforce reporting tools.
• The skills to collaborate on multiple tasks and projects within a small team.
• A positive, can do and flexible attitude with various tasks and systems to be maintained.
• The drive to continually seek areas for service improvement or to work more effectively and efficiently and contribute to how the team operates.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a Not for Profit (NFP) organisation.
• Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• Working knowledge of Reporting and Analytics Tools:

• Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• API and system integration
• VisualForce, Apex
• Prince2 or Agile experience

Knowledge or experience with:

• Content Management Systems (CMS) and website management
• Cloud based eCommerce systems
• Cloud HCM systems (Sage People).
• Office 365 and collaboration tools.
