They are seeking a highly capable individual for the role of Electronic Security Manager.

Role
This role forms part of the company's senior management team. Reporting to the CEO, the role’s overall responsibility is managing the Electronic Security division.

Specific tasks within that broad brief include:
  • Preparing quotations for new and existing clients
  • Managing technicians and an administrative assistant
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Providing after sale customer service to clients
  • Maintaining the division’s efficiency in all aspects of its operation
Candidate
The successful candidate will have a track record of solid experience in the security industry, with a significant part of that time spent in Electronic security involving alarm systems, CCTV and access control solutions.

That background must have equipped you with extensive knowledge of security systems including the ability to assess and manage all factors of an installation, identifying specific constraints, restrictions or risks that may affect or place conditions on projects. Knowledge of SimPRO job management software would be an advantage to your application.

Above all, your focus must be on achieving total client satisfaction in all elements of their engagement with the company.

  • A calm, pleasant and confident demeanour in managing competing interests
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in quoting
Remuneration
Remuneration is easily to market rates and is negotiable with the successful candidate. A fully equipped vehicle forms part of the package.
