Green Light are currently looking for an experienced ETL Developer with expertise across SSIS, SSRS and SQL, SharePoint to join our Newcastle Delivery Team. The business is continually developing its analytical and reporting capabilities, so a well-rounded ETL Developer with front-end experience in building reporting solutions. We are looking for someone with expertise across SQL databases and SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing the data structures (both physical and logical) to facilitate a significant data transformation (to big data technologies) within the business and to take advantage of new data capabilities.
• Create and maintain the transformation and data manifestation steps that are the vehicle for the above layers.
• Support and maintain existing data processes, re-writing and improving them occasionally to deliver a faster, more accurate base on which to undertake analysis and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and around the creation and maintenance of the BI data processes.
• Act as a point of reference for technical excellence within the wider user community to facilitate the team's understanding of the data environment, processes and procedures within the BI environment.

 Requirements

• Baseline Security Clearance
• Data Mapping, cleansing and Data Migration
• Preferred Experience in ETL (SSIS), SSRS, SQL and SharePoint
• Front-end experience in building reporting solutions, work with and support the Web Development team
• Successfully delivered many end to end Microsoft BI projects. 
• Strong development skills in SQL and T-SQL.
• In depth and practical knowledge of data modelling concepts.
• Commercial experience with visulisation tools like Power BI, Tableau would be an advantage.
• Azure and SQL server 2016 experience will be highly regarded.
