What it takes to be a King IT Technical Sales Team Member

This position suits a highly goal-directed and even impatient person, who is organised, scrutinizing, and even a bit demanding. We are looking for self confident people, who are resilient, somewhat thick-skinned and possibly a bit opinionated. The ideal candidate will be an assertive, creative problem solver, with a passion for tech and/or retail. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own time, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations. The role is very hands-on, and requires pro-active people who can fix all problems and convert that into perceived value for clients using outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. If you have the drive to succeed, high work standards, and the proven capacity to manage your time, then this is the perfect job for you.

We are looking for:

• An effective communicator,
• A team player prepared to give the extra 10% by staying back late, coming in early

• Creating a fantastic retail store experience,
• Finding creative solutions to problems,
• Basic to intermediate level technical troubleshooting
• Basic to intermediate level technical repairs and problem-solving,
• Leading a successful and enthusiastic sales team,
• Mentoring trainees,
