Senior Project Manager

Project Manager required to manage a Windows 7 – Windows 10 upgrade / roll out
Key accountabilities:
The IT Project Manager is a key management position and responsible for consulting and partnering with the business on technology and business projects.
With a culture that values a collegiate approach and finely-honed interpersonal skills to drive relationships with the business.
You would be expected to deliver business, applications or infrastructure projects end-to-end from business requirements and business case approval stage, project management, all stakeholder engagement, vendor management to steering committee participation.
Applicants who are passionate about project delivery and proactively engage with the business in a consultative fashion are sought.
- Lead, develop and manage the team of project specialists to ensure that the outcomes of initiatives are effectively communicated to the business and establish the basis for future practice.
- Develop and implement consistent scheme-wide policies and procedures which reflect best practice across the business.
- Liaise with and coordinate internal and external service provisions to ensure consistent service delivery across the range of touch points.
- Lead and direct project leadership groups to ensure project outcomes are effectively communicated to the business and improvements are effectively implemented into business as usual operations. Represent the business and lead major projects as assigned from time to time to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor and coordinate project work and ensure up to date and accurate reporting to transformation management. Lead and coordinate the learning and development of the team to ensure they are equipped to meet service and support challenges.
