About the role..

You'll be responsible for driving teams through business improvement transformation projects and implement continuous projects focused on improving customer experience.

You will act as an expert in improvement methodologies, tools and concepts. You be will focused on implementing organisational change management strategies, with cultural, operational and physical change present.

What you will need..
  • A solid track record and experience in a Process/Business Improvement role
  • Proven experience in Organisational Change Management 
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience & cert highly regarded
  • PROSCI Change Management certification
  • Demonstrated experience delivering business improvement through transformational projects
  • Experience within multiple Industry sectors highly beneficial
