Medical-Objects is a Medical Software company located in Maroochydore that supplies products and services to over 49,000 health professionals Australia wide.
We currently have a full-time vacancy for a highly motivated individual to undertake a 2 year Traineeship Program for a Certificate III in Information Technology IT Support.
If you've just completed year 12 in 2016/2017 this position is an ideal way to get qualified while you get paid in an exciting career.
To be successful in this role you need to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate an interest in IT.
Please note: It is a requirement that you have no prior qualifications higher than a Certificate II.
The Role:
- Log and monitor IT Support cases and advise users on appropriate actions.
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.
- Perform software installations.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically.
About You:
- Completed Year 12 in 2016/2017.
- Demonstrated interest in computers and new technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Approachable and friendly.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have no prior qualifications higher than a Cert 2.
Candidate MUST be proficient in both written and oral English and have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
