This leading household name in the financial services industry. are currently embarking on a huge digital transformation, which will see them embrace a DevOps and true Aglie application delivery culture.
In this newly created role, you will work as an internal consultant and work with various programs by driving the new DevOps approach, with a focus on driving end to end agile/lean delivery process - including CI/CD and automation.
The role is very hands-on with some process work and will see you work on a number of new and exciting application delivery projects across the business.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working on large application delivery environments
- Proven experience on driving agile transformation in the organization such as true Test Driven Development, Feature Driven Development etc
- A love of automation - infrastructure build, testing, development
- Experience managing code branch and merge for concurrently running large programs based on gitflow
- Experience on environment automation process.
- Experience on log and performance management tools
- Container management experience – Ideally Docker EE, Kubernetes
