Individuals passionate about customer experience and digital transformation to join our cutting edge company.  The position is located within Transformd's busy offices in CBD Sydney and will be responsible for development of innovative transformational digital projects. You will working with a great team and be communicating regularly to the product team to drive product improvement.

Required experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in a business-analyst-type role

• Has been in or ready for a position of responsibility

• Minimum of 2 years in a consulting or client-facing role

Responsibilities:

• Work with the client and project lead to elicit, define and document requirements in the form of process flows, screen mockups and style guides

• Building of smart forms and prototypes using the Formatic platform

• Work with development teams to help prioritise tasks

• Testing of software platforms and describe bugs and problems clearly and concisely

• Identifying improvement opportunities for the product
