- Assisting PM on major hardware upgrade project running over multiple sites

Working for this large Managed Services Provider you will be responsible for assisting the PM on a large hardware upgrade project. The project will run over hundreds of sites and as such you will be responsible for working with resource coordinators to schedule Field Service Engineers to be onsite, making sure equipment has left the warehouse, scheduling the work with the PM and providing reports.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Logistics Management
- Asset management
- Schedule Management
- Communications
- Mailbox Management
- Technical SME Site sign offs
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail deployment projects would be highly advantageous
- May suit Field Service Engineers who are familiar with this type of work looking for a change in responsibilities
- Experience in a Project Admin role highly advantageous
- Effective relationships with customer and management
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and cost targets without compromising customer requirements
