This is a unique and exciting role requiring a combination of Business Analysis expertise, a Technical background, experience in mergers and acquisitions and experience working in the Finance Industry.

Your well developed Business Analysis skills and strong technical background would have seen you derive true business requirements for technically complex projects, consult effectively with all levels of the business and IT and contribute to solution design.

As such, you will bring the following:
 
Experience:

• Proven success as a Senior / Lead Technical Business Analyst
• A technical background (e.g. infrastructure / DBA - specifically a SQL background)
• Finance Industry experience (Banking / Insurance)
• Previous experience working on Mergers and Acquisitions - with an understanding of the complexities involved
• Solution Design experience

 
Skills:

• Very strong Requirement Elicitation skills through a variety of methods
• End to end Business Analysis capabilities
• Current technical understanding of databases (a SQL background)
• Technically agnostic and the ability to pick up technical information quickly and efficiently 
• Solution Design capabilities
• Second to none communications skills, verbal and written, along with highly developed interpersonal skills 
• The ability to engage with a varied stakeholder group and manage relationships
