Unified Communications Engineer based in Melbourne Inner Suburbs supporting Skype Enterprise Voice

Your new company
An IT services organisation in Melbourne inner suburbs requires an Unified Communications Engineer to support Microsoft cloud solutions.

Your new role
Working in a dynamic and modern office, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Enterprise voice solutions, Skype for Business highly desirable
• Handling support requests to ITIL framework and SLAs
• Supporting Windows, Polycom, Skype for Business, general networking and Active Directory
• Communicating to customers and vendors in a professional manner
• Assist with solutions when requested

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience supporting and troubleshooting an Enterprise voice solution
• Experience with Skype for Business, Polycom and Windows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Supporting multiple clients and utilising resource and knowledge across an established team
