At ORIX we are continuing to grow our Fleet Management and Leasing business and as a result we are in search of a self-motivated Business Analyst to join the Technology team based at our head office in Macquarie Park. This exciting opportunity is available as a full time fixed term contract, initially for 12 months. The Business Analyst will engage with project stakeholders including SME, Project Managers, Business Management and Leadership Teams, to elicit, understand and defined business processes and requirements.
The role will focus on:
- Providing tactical and modelling guidance to team members
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions (design, project management, testing, verification, documentation, communication and facilitation)
- Improving business solutions processes
- Mapping existing business solutions
About You
- Previous lead business analyst experience
- PMI, IIBA certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and solution design for varying types of projects including applications development and enhancements, application configuration, working design and reporting
- Strong ability to think logically in solving assigned business problems
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Project Management and Agile experience is highly desirable
- Industry experience in banking, finance or telecommunications would be an advantage
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, across a diverse range of executive, business and technical stakeholders
- Technical knowledge and experience in Application Configuration, Reports, Interfaces, APIs, Forms and Workflow
- Exposure to Data Migration, User Acceptance Resting, Business Readiness
- You have worked in a small to medium sized organisations where solutions and approach are practical and ‘right sized’ and you have worked at both a strategic and hands-on, tactical level
