The Company
Our client is a global financial company with almost $1 trillion of assets under management. They are looking for a Trade Floor Support Engineer who will has experience in the finance industry and be able to work in a high pressure environment. Someone who can own and resolved the incidents end to end.
This is a critical role in the business and they are looking for someone who wants to part of a growing and supportive team, getting involved in and not shying away from a difficult challenge.
Skill set / experience needed:
- Strong support of Windows 10 and Office 2016
- Experience with cloud computing support and troubleshooting
- Previous experience working in a financial markets firm, especially as a trade floor support person.
- Market data applications support for Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters
- MUST HAVE excellent customer communication skills
- Hungry to go that extra mile and learn with skills within the environment
