We’re seeking a self-motivated Senior Test Analyst to join the team based at our head office in Macquarie Park. This exciting opportunity is available as a full time fixed term contract, initially for 12 months. Reporting to the Applications and Testing Managing, your main responsibility will be to analyze requirements, generation of test scripts and test plans, integration with software components, defect management, UAT support activities within BAU support space and respond to any requests in an efficient and timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to use your business analysis skills to support new project initiatives, maintain relationship with business teams and showcase your ability skills in various areas.
What we’re looking for
- Application testing experience of any ERP system
- Experience in CRM systems like Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365, as well Analytics and Reporting technologies like Tableau or MS Power BI
- Strong experience in preparing test scripts, test execution, defect identification & management
- Strong knowledge in ANSI SQL with exposure to RDBMS database‘s like Oracle or MS SQL
- Experience in analysing and understanding functional requirements to identify potential gaps and construct a test approach
- Previous experience in a similar role for 5-6 years
- Have a strong understanding structured test methods and processes
- Have a high attention to detail and a delivery focused work style
- Excellent communication skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Exposure to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and TOAD
- Knowledge of the Fleet industry or Financial Services (good to have!)
- ISTQB Foundation certification is a must
