The role
This is a great role for a Mid or Senior UX Specialist to join this large CBD based telecommunications organisation.
The role of the UX specialist will be to support eCommerce projects and programs of work across the business. Typical activities include research, exploration and conceptualisation of design solutions to support business and customer driven initiatives. Stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage delivery is paramount to the role.
Who you are
You will have the following skills:
• Strong delivery skills: Oversee the solution from research and requirements gathering through concept, design, build & QA.
• Interpret and understand business requirements into scenarios, personas, user flows and customer journeys
• Strong conceptual design skill set in sketching, mood board creation and analysis of competitor research
• Excellent wireframing and interactive prototyping skills; Axure
• Experienced in agile ways of working such as agile sprints, design sprints or design jams
• Strong communication skills representing UX at a project level within Telstra
• Experience creating Clickable prototypes, Iterative designs, Prototypes and wireframes with annotations, User Flows / Customer Journeys / Scenarios and conducting Usability testing
