Your role:
  
You’ll work closely with our client to resolve any of their issues in relation to their new Dynamics 365 solution. As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for a continuous stream of enhancement work, collecting business requirements and translating those into a workable solution.

You’ll gain a deep understanding of our client’s organisation to ensure successful delivery and maybe even suggest ways to enhance their business by improving their existing solutions. This is a great opportunity to use your excellent customer service ethic to add value and create a difference.
  
About You:

You will:
  • Have widespread commercial experience in installing, configuring and delivering Dynamics CRM solutions all versions from 2013 through to D365 including plugins
  • Be confident working directly with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their vision and guide them on their Dynamics journey.
  • Have demonstrated experience in a support environment – incident management, release management & change management will be familiar terms to you.
  • Have an understanding of the wider Microsoft technology stack, and how it all fits together
  • Be an expert trouble shooter and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles
