Programmed have a dedicated telecommunications team who deliver innovative workforce solutions to an extensive client base within the telecommunications industry.

The team continue to expand and we are looking for an experienced telecommunications professional with relevant Technical Telecommunication Field knowledge to educate and direct individuals and teams across Programmed to drive profitability and growth within the telecommunications vertical.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as the central liaison between the Programmed branches, clients, employees and prospective employees

• Coaching the Programmed branch network on the technical aspects of the roles deployed within the industry

• Driving growth through the delivery of and adherence to operational processes nationally

• To be the initial escalation point for telecommunications clients regarding operations and service delivery

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all internal functions

• Drive the implementation of continuous improvement activities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders from operations

What are we looking for?

• Extensive work history in the telecommunications industry

• Prior Field Tech work and Workforce Coordination experience highly regarded

• Positive energy and a team first approach

• An entrenched focus on service

• A strategic mind - always looking at improving the status quo
