Are you a trusted advisor? Can you demonstrate your high level engagement skills to drive technology change across internal business units?

You will act as a champion of the technology vision, partnering with the business to educate and drive technology change in line with both business and technology overall strategies.

You will:

• Proactively engage with the business to identify needs for technology & digital capabilities
• Develop and manage relationships at a strategic level
• Communicate the technology and digital strategy to ensure the business is well informed on direction to align business objectives to outcomes
• Collaborate and shape technology solutions
• Provide thought leadership through sharing knowledge from industry trends and product roadmaps to influence decision making
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Clearly communicate the business objectives and priorities to stakeholders
• Act as a business advocate inside technology with a focus on delivery and customer experience
• Prepare monthly business reports that provide accurate and up to date information across business objectives
• Develop new business with customers and/or identify areas of improvement to existing products and services

To be considered, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience building and cultivating effective partnerships between business and technology
• Ability to influence and negotiate across a diverse range of stakeholders and senior leadership
• Proven capability in defining technology solutions on a global scale
• Extensive knowledge across technology and digital domains including new and emerging technologies
• Experience developing and managing large scale technology portfolios
• Strong leadership capability and experience in influencing across high performing teams
• Strong business & commercial acumen and strategic consulting capability to identify and develop opportunities aligned with business and technology strategies
