Our client is a workplace change consultancy, which works with organisations to build positive results in workplace culture, wellbeing, EEO, safety, and productivity through the implementation of behavioural change programs.
They currently seek an Instructional Designer with experience working with Adapt framework and tools, as well as HTML to create innovative and responsive eLearning packages.
The contract is initially for 2 months, with the potential to extend further.
What your day will look like:
- Build a storyboard for an online course
- Build a self-paced online course / SCORM package (using Adapt), built within pre-defined style and brand guidelines
- Provide clients with engaging, responsive online learning solutions that help subject matter experts deliver on behaviour change outcomes, generally in the mental health and equal opportunity spaces
- Reinforce learning outcomes / complement face to face training delivered by facilitators
- Build a library of courses/modules that are easily replicated across a number of clients
What you'll need for success:
- Excellent communication skills, and be able to work varying stakeholder groups.
- Significant experience in Learning & Development
- Understanding of Instructional Design methodologies
- Experience producing learning solutions for new systems or technology
- Development of online learning content
- Proficiency with Adapt framework and tools
- HTML
