The role:  
As the Principal Technology Officer- Presentation, you will support the installation, configuration and testing of software, hardware and equipment. You will be responsible for building, documenting and implementing technology solutions and providing advice and recommendations around these technical solutions in line with existing standards and best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks.

The role will also support the assessment, development, documentation and implementation of planning IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of specific infrastructure components. As the Principal Technology Officer- Presentation, you will utilise appropriate design standards, methods and tools consistent with enterprise and solutions architectures, and manage effective working relationships with team members in the delivery of complex technical solutions.

Are you right for this role?
In this role, you will demonstrate your experience or ability to quickly learn eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management processes including incident, problem, change and configuration management. You will demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and skills with the ability to provide high quality advice on the following technology domains:

• Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
• Directory Services (Microsoft Active Directory and Novell eDirectory)
• Active Directory Group Policy administration and configuration
• Application packaging (MSI, application virtualisation, scripting technologies)
• Application deployment and lifecycle management
• Enterprise printing solutions (Novell iPrint)
• McAfee anti-virus product suite

You will use your well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to facilitate interaction in group situations. Your ability to work within a highly technical team and provide technical direction, standardisation and support of enterprise infrastructure environment by coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities and timeframes in a customer focused is also essential. You will have a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
