We are looking for experienced and customer focused level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team in support of Corporate Customers telecommunications requirements. You will be the first point of contact as a Service Desk Analyst.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide direct customer support via phone and email
- Resolve or coordinate the resolution of all incidents and service requests
- Analyse incidents and service requests for correct prioritisation, classification and initial support requirements
- Provide after-hours support either as required or to an agreed roster
- Respond to 1st or/and 2nd level issues and planned work requests, managing items through to resolution or escalate as appropriately
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the desired skills and experience but not limited to:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional user experience
- Experience working in a complex service desk environment, ideally in a Telco
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to explain technical issues using non-technical language.
- Ability to work 24x7 roster (ability to do night shift is mandatory)
- Premium analytical skills
- Highly motivated and possess right attitude
- Experience with ServiceNow ideal
- Experience servicing corporate, enterprise and government customers is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Telco service desk environment, processes, KPI's and SLA's
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management for competing priorities
- Ability to start ASAP
