Implementation Manager to join an entrepreneurial and innovative cloud-based Technology and Communications business in a project management focused role.


As the Enablement Consultant, you will manage on-boarding, implementation and training for new clients. You will lead customers through implementations under a PRINCE2 methodology. This will include; project initiation, requirements gathering, platform configuration, reviewing and resolving customer UAT feedback, providing customer specific training on the platform and successful deployment within project time frame, scope and budget.

 
This role would ideally suit a driven and self-motivated individual who can own and drive outcomes to successful completion. You will provide leadership and expertise on use and implementation of the SaaS Platform. You will be detail oriented, proactive and organised; you’ll have a natural ability to follow through with commitments, manage expectations and foster mutual trust with your customers.

 
To excel in this varied role, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with strong analytical skills.  As a lateral and logical thinker, you’ll have experience in technical solution delivery with corporate and enterprise brands. Your MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS project will be strong and any coding experience will be an advantage. Ideally you will have domain knowledge in the telecommunications, messaging and web application domains. You will be motivated and enthusiastic and looking to take your career to the next level.
