What you will be doing...

As a software support consultant you will learn the Humanforce Software and then be speaking with HR, Payroll and operations managers to assist them with technical and software support.

  • Responding and management of support tasks logged through email and the support portal.
  • Analysing and resolving client support using remote tools to connect to the clients desktop or server.
  • Installing and maintaining software & various related components.
  • Working closely with colleagues and the development team to escalate any priority tasks.

About you...

  • You could be a Uni GRAD OR an EXPERIENCED CONSULTANT.
  • Solid problem solving capabilities and the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Application support and / or software implementation experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication experience.
  • Solid work ethic and a genuine team player.
  • Experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance or Point of Sale software would an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience in basic file sharing and user credentials.
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think outside the square & willing to learn.
