The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Support professional to join a large Australian company in the Ryde/Macquarie Park area. They are a company who pride themselves on longevity of staff tenures, low staff turnover and employee development. The company operate in a wide variety of industry sectors.
The Role
You will be joining an existing experienced Support team who are currently in the middle of a Windows 7 to Windows 10 Hardware roll out.
You will be:
- Providing general Helpdesk and PC Support
- Assisting in rolling out Hardware during a Windows 7 - 10 upgrade
- Experience working with Microsoft applications including Office 365, Outlook, One Drive
- Supporting a user group of over 600 people
- Excellent troubleshooting experience
- Previous experience of iPhone Support

You will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous track record of working in a varied Support environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Wanting to commit to a longer term position within the company
