Highly respected service provider based in Sydney but with clients around both the state and country want an experienced Service Desk professional to help them as they grow.

Project work, statements of work, mentoring, technical support, client liaison, implementation - your mix of experience and skill will be tested, challenged and improved as you'll be the flying squad! 20-30% is on-site client support

The company runs under ITIL principles, the management are still hands-on, there has been great expansion both in staff numbers and geographical location in the last 12 months, and things are looking good.

The ideal candidate will have

  • From 5 years experience supporting multi-platform sites, servers and large networks
  • MS Certifications
  • SQL DBA skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current Australian driving licence
