Project Manager - General Insurance

Our client is a leading Insurance house hold name who is currently seeking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with a passion and background in General Insurance, you will be working on multiple projects and have a proven track record in delivery in the insurance domain.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and deliver full project life cycle.
• Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, status and post implementation report.
• Risk/ issue management to resolve project issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Establish effective project governance and controls to deliver quality outcomes
• Stakeholder management and leadership.
• Team leadership and ability to instil a vision for the project, creating a motivating environment and building a team culture with focus on ownership, delivery and collaboration across business and IT.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience in General Insurance/ Life Insurance.
• Proven track record driving successful delivery of projects on time within budget.
• Strong budget and timeline management will be critical, as high quality, on time delivery will be a minimum requirement for the role.
• Must be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and keeping stakeholders up to date.
• Proven ability to drive strong communication and multiple levels
  Strong communication skills, with an ability to translate complexity into a clear path for decision makers.
