About You.

In order to be considered we are looking for people that can offer the following skills and attributes:

• At least 3 years experience working in Data, Campaign Management, Analytics and Insights environments.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to lead and influence key stakeholders up to and including "C" level executives.
• Technical background within Data with a strong grasp of Marketing Analytics, Analytical Modelling and programming - R, Python and SQL. 
• Financial Services experience with an understanding of Insurance and / or Personal/Retail banking.
• Experience managing Analytics in Digital and E-Commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of new world Data approach within Cloud, Big Data and Data Science environments.
• A background in Consulting / Management Consulting would make your application a particularly strong one.
