Role objective -
To play a leading role in the scoping, design, implementation of new and existing business applications in response to the organisation's identified needs.
You must have the requisite skills to be able to carry out the following duties -
- Map current business processes/workflows into swim lanes;Map current workflows in CRM/NAV (Dynamics CRM envronment);
- Project manage:
- A change in business logic within the system that will lead to development upgrades in the system;
- V9 upgrade (Microsoft)
- Field Services build and implementation
- Finalising portal.
- Exposure to a major Dynamics 365 implementation
- Some management or leadership skills and experience
