Our client, a well-established and reputable organisation is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity. This position is responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing the delivery of business processes to support the Workload and Performance Management project.
Below are the requirements of the client:
• Experience in developing and implementing business process initiatives.
• Relevant and current industry certifications in business analysis and training (Microsoft, ITIL, AIBA) or significant experience in business analysis roles, and an ability to demonstrate well developed business analysis competencies.
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, ability to contribute strongly in project teams to deliver projects successfully including the ability to implement business requirements effectively.
• Demonstrated well-developed written communication skills including a proven ability to write clear, concise and accurate technical, systems, test and user documentation.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders across a diverse organisation particularly during the design, management and implementation of business projects.
• Demonstrated well-developed analytical and oral presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery approaches (e.g. SCRUM).
• Qualifications in Lean and/or experience applying Lean is desirable.
