Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting a Technical Architect contract with experience delivering Mobility solutions to work on a large digital transformation project for a Queensland government department.
In this contract you will:
- Undertake investigative work to determine and document business processes and ICT requirements, and recommend improvements to business processes and information systems.
- Design components using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology.
- Provide high level expertise in establishing facilitated stakeholder workshops, surveys, client meetings and industry reviews.
- Obtain agreement from stakeholders on the scope of requirements, ensuring solutions comply with the client needs.
- Identify and evaluate alternative design options and trade-offs. Creates multiple design views to address the concerns of the different stakeholders of the architecture and to handle both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Model, simulate or prototype the behaviour of proposed systems components to enable approval by stakeholders.
- Tender evaluation and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of cost estimates for ICT initiatives.
- Escalate client issues with relevant technical teams through to resolution and closure whilst simultaneously managing client expectations.
- Mentor and share knowledge with other team members to contribute to the maintenance of high quality deliverables.
You will have:
- Minimum of three years business analysis experience in a large, complex ICT environment
- Strong domain knowledge around mobility solutions
- Knowledge/experience of solution design and implementation
- Good understanding of software development
- Creation of key project documents (Knowledge of PRINCE2 advantageous)
