Sales Engineer - Global Cyber Security Vendor

As a pioneer in their space, this global software vendor continues to pave the way in the security market. They are US headquartered, publicly listed and have experienced impressive growth year on year as their solutions continue to detect and combat insider threats and cyberattacks. Due to growth, they now require a Sales Engineer with exposure to the security space to join the Sydney team.
 
Role & Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and vendor’s solutions into their environment.
• Deliver presentations, present technical information and conduct product demonstrations.
• Respond to RFP’s and RFI’s
• Assist with technical business development in a customer facing, C-Level environment
• Work closely with the local sales representative to close opportunities
• Provide training updates, seminars and workshops for clients and partners

Skills and experience required

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role – Presales/Security Engineer/Security Consulting.
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts to all audiences.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• High level presentation skills essential.
• Experience with POCs and demonstrations
• Previous experience in the security space.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
