PM-Partners is seeking a number of Agile coaches that have very sound practical experience in Agile methods along with extensive experience in the application of Agile (and Waterfall) delivery methods. You will have the opportunity to work within a fast-growing practice and influence it’s continuous innovation. This role presents a great opportunity for an Agile expert where you will provide Agile leadership/expertise to PM-Partners group of clients as well as internally within our growing organisation.
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- Whilst being an Agile coach/leader, you’ll also have a sound Agile based delivery experience and utilised hybrid Waterfall/Agile approaches. You are able to offer pragmatic solutions drawing on theory and practical experience.
- When engaging with clients you have a track record of working closely with Executive stakeholders making recommendations for improvements, designing prototypes and proof of concepts that meet your clients’ needs.
- Ideally you have formal Agile based qualifications (SAFe, Scrum, Lean/Kanban, PMI-ACP etc) with multiple project delivery methods.
