Based in Sydney, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Citrix Service Provider – BDM to join the newly formed Citrix Team, reporting to the Senior Business Manager. Immersed in our vibrant and dynamic culture, your role is responsible for identifying and managing CSP’s within Australia to increase monthly recurring revenue and generate overall CSP revenue growth. You will also demonstrate your unparalleled initiative by defining, identifying, recruiting, developing and supporting CSP partners with the overall goal of growing CSP recurring revenue and bookings for Dicker Data and Citrix. What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years prior territory sales experience in a high-tech environment in an indirect sales and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
  • Preferred experience working with or for a hosting or managed service provider
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of time within assigned territory and other locations as required.

 

What you will do in this role:

  • Identify, recruit and activate Citrix Service Provider partners & prospects to increase Citrix & Dicker Data market share and revenue.
  • Work with Citrix Service Provider (CSP) prospects for new business, including driving, enabling and supporting the partner’s launch of Citrix based ‘finished Goods and Services’
  • Generate partnerships with sales and service organisations along with IT business executives within Service Provider market
  • Be responsible for the cultivation of partners through channel enablement to establish programmatic sales approaches, being able to answer complex questions pertaining to product licensing, product features and program requirements
  • Grow and maintain a healthy partner ecosystem for current and future market share and revenue growth
  • Manage weekly forecasts against revenue targets and work closely with sales counterpart(s) and CSPs to manage the pipeline and set appropriate monthly and quarterly revenue expectations
  • Be detail oriented in Account & Territory Planning and equally important, Opportunity Management
  • Ensure alignment with the broader Citrix or Dicker Data Field sales and technical teams where appropriate
  • Be able to position and sell CSP portfolio against competitive products for typically small to medium sized accounts, and/or a small to medium-sized quota/territory (End User in support of CSP execution).
  • Support partners in pursuing and identifying opportunities
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships within partners through phone and on-site visits
  • Be able to execute on “Solution Selling” of applications, desktops and provisioning of both in the Service Provider Market and end Users
  • Prospect for new business, direct customer engagement, working with Citrix Service Provider (CSP) partners to increase Citrix product knowledge and efficiencies​
