Your new role
Your primary duties will include:

• To optimise and extend technology to provide unique customer experiences
• Manage development and delivery with the focus on automation
• Focus on defining smart solutions to utilise technology to drive the business forward
• Efficient management of existing systems and networks
• Take ownership for the delivery of new product development and projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands on technical capa11bility ideally with some enterprise solutions architecture skills
• A strategic visionary an1d innovator
• The ability to strike a commercial balance between the short term imperatives of the business and longer term strategic objectives of the business
• Financial Services domain experience preferably with a small to medium sized enterprise or start up would also be considered
• Experience managing small technical teams and vendors
• Have an overarching and clear understanding of privacy and data security fundamentals
• Be passionate about technology and the Digital economy!
• Digital / Cloud / Microsoft / Salesforce based Solutions experience would be highly regarded
