Lead the creation of technical specifications for development, conduct system testing, system administration and maintenance.

We are currently seeking a Network specialist, Network Data & Security, to join our high performing Data & Voice Networks team based in Sydney Olympic Park on a 6 month contract.
This team of highly-skilled professionals are dedicated to ensuring our people can work in the best possible collaborative environment.
You will have first rate technical and stakeholder communication skills, complimented by a strong customer focus.
You will be working in a high calibre team, and will want to really make a difference
The role will involve:
· Supporting system availability for QBE’s global systems
· Vendor and Carrier engagement at the support level in order to provide:
· Technical IT systems support
· Technical enhancements
· Services for projects to QBE business units
Required Skills:
· Extensive experience working in Network Operations and/or Security Operations
· Proven experience as a technical engineer
· Prior experience working with carriers and vendors in handling operations.
· Must have held a CCNA or equivalent accreditation within the last 3 years.
· Prefer experience above is with a financial institution.
